FOR MIDLIFE ENTREPRENEURS:
SUPPORT DESIGNED FOR WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT
Are you trying to figure out ‘what’s next’ for you?
Whether you should start a business – or not?
Are you perhaps wondering if starting your own ‘one of a kind’ business might be your best choice for a stable financial future as you age?
The options for all of us have changed dramatically because the World we ‘Baby Boomers’ expected to find when we reached our retirement years simply doesn’t exist anymore.
Just when we thought Life was supposed to stabilize we find ourselves needing to adapt to Change more than ever.
The Good News:
You’re in the right place.
I want you to experience the same enjoyment in your life and work as I do in mine.
And I’m ready to share with you the tools and shifts in mindset necessary to help you make it happen.
I offer support for you at all four stages of your journey as a Midlife Entrepreneur:
THE FOUR PHASES OF THE JOURNEY
It isn't whether or not starting a business after 50 is possible...it's identifying the right type of business and model of operation that will best suit your daily schedule, family obligations and any care taking responsibilities, available startup funds, or your health and personal circumstances.
I can guide you toward discovering and refining your business idea, identifying your niche and ideal customers/clients, and testing and validating your idea. A ‘One-of-a-Kind’ business is often your best road to success, because it is one based on who you are, the life you’ve lived, the skills you possess and the experiences you've had, and has no competition.
We’ll look at your business’s current operation, where you’d like to take it and the challenges to making those changes, such as building your products or services, expanding your mindset, strategies and markets, and making your business right for you now, as it grows and as you age.
You’ll begin planning for transitions in your business (and possibly its ownership) as you age by looking at whether you want or need to continue leading your business, and analyze whether to scale up your operations (or scale down), identify successors, sell, or close your business.
THE ROAD AHEAD
Through our work together we’ll keep this unique, age 50-and-beyond context in mind, and address questions and issues that can arise in all four business phases in the areas of money matters, working after 50, retooling, the inner journey, belonging and connection, the stages of midlife business, and entrepreneurial life.
As a fellow midlife entrepreneur, I’m here to help you discover who you are NOW – at this time in your life.
We’ll uncover what you need or want to do with a business of your own, so you can live TRUE TO YOU.
Then put together an action plan so you can build your life and/or business around your purpose, your financial needs and work you love to do, in the community you live in now or a new location you believe would suit you better.
Whether you feel you need to reinvent yourself completely for a ‘fresh start,’ or figure out more flexible ways to make a living by creating or adapting your business –
If you’re ready to find out who you are NOW, and what you want to do with the rest of your life –
HOW COACHING WORKS
I offer coaching via phone, Skype or Zoom which provides easy scheduling and allows you to examine your life and business direction from the comfort of your own home or office.
Together we’ll create an actionable, fun plan to get you where you want to go!
Here are four options for us working together.
As your first step, let me encourage you to take advantage of a free, no-strings-attached thirty-minute phone consultation with me to explore how we might work together. We can discuss where you are in your entrepreneurial journey, and the kind of help and support you need now. I’ll provide some questions for you to think about, and we’ll go from there. Just click below and select a time that works for you.
Half Day QuickStart
A Half Day QuickStart session is your opportunity to receive personal, private coaching during a half day we design just for you. We’ll agree on areas of focus and set priorities for our time together. You'll complete considerable pre-work before our session, so we can make the most of our half day together.
You'll identify your strengths, concerns, and lifestyle constraints, along with areas where you may need to shift your thinking to make the changes needed in your life and/or business, to get the very best results.
You’ll leave your QuickStart session with a strong sense of purpose and clarity around exactly what next steps you will take, because we’ll construct a road map to guide your actions when you get home. You will be amazed by the discoveries and opportunities you can mine from your rich life experiences.
Full Day Intensive
A Full Day Intensive is your opportunity to receive personal, private coaching during a unique day that we design just for you, exploring what you most need, now, allowing you to get a jump start on your next, best step or continued work together.
During our Day together, we’ll take an in-depth look at 'where you are now' vs where you’d like to be, and create a detailed strategy for you moving forward.
We’ll identify your strengths, concerns, and lifestyle constraints, along with areas where you may need to shift your thinking to make the changes needed in your midlife business and life to get the very best results. Your Full Day Intensive experience will challenge and support you, calling forward the best of you in authentic and exciting new ways.
90 Day Support
This 90 Day Support package includes nine one-on-one 60-minute sessions along with brief email check-ins between our meetings. I suggest we work together three successive weeks and then take a week ‘off,’ allowing you time to think, focus on essential business writing or complete self-assessment - whatever ‘homework’ we’ve agreed will move your business forward.
This time frame is perfect for focusing on a single aspect of your business, like exploring whether or not starting a business is right for you; validating your business idea; clarifying your niche or ideal client; or developing preliminary transition plans for your business moving ahead without your full time leadership. You’ll get clarity about moving forward with your next steps or identify your reasons not to.
