Full Day Intensive
A Full Day Intensive is your opportunity to receive personal, private coaching during a unique day that we design just for you, exploring what you most need, now.
Is there something special you would like to focus on?
Perhaps there is a particular area of interest ripe for developing your own business? Are there experiences from your past which were intriguing, interesting, or successful short term happenings that are now positioned for renewed attention? You are the boss here...what’s on your mind?
You’ll start by completing some pre-work I send you, which will help you focus and set goals, and let me get to know you better so I can better plan our session. We’ll agree on areas of focus and set priorities for our time together.
Then during our Full Day Intensive, we’ll take an in-depth look at 'where you are now' vs where you’d like to be, and create a detailed strategy for you moving forward.
We’ll identify your strengths, concerns, and lifestyle constraints, along with areas where you may need to shift your thinking to make the changes needed in your life and/or business, to get the very best results.
You’ll leave your Intensive with a strong sense of purpose and clarity around exactly what next steps you will take, because we’ll construct a road map to guide your actions when you get home. You will be amazed by the discoveries and opportunities you can mine from your rich life experiences.
And I'll be there for you over several weeks after your Full Day Intensive, providing additional support through emails, as well as phone or Skype conversation.
Your Full Day Intensive experience will challenge and support you, calling forward the best of you in authentic and exciting new ways.
How the Full Day Intensive works:
We'll connect via phone or video-conference (Skype or Zoom, your choice) at our agreed upon day and time.
I'll provide:
pre-assessment tools and/or questions prior to your Intensive Day to help prepare for our time together.
a workbook complete with reference material, checklists, and self assessments to use during our day together, and beyond.
an MP3 recording of your Day that captures all the suggestions and brilliant ideas brainstormed during the day.
You’ll leave your QuickStart session with an action plan to build the business that fits your life and who you are, now.
You’ll have access to me for 30 days following your Full Day Intensive, with my private address for email coaching.
We’ll also schedule one hour of follow up via phone, Skype or Zoom (within 60 days after your Intensive), to make sure you get the support and accountability you need to put into action all that we explore during our time together.
You’ll leave our day together with a strong sense of purpose and clarity around exactly what next steps you will take, because we’ll construct a road map to guide your actions. You will be amazed by the discoveries and opportunities you can mine from your rich life experiences.
